The state of the art, 48,450 Square Metre training complex in Goa, was opened in 2017 and has fast become the epitome of professionalism and scientific monitoring that the club has been so keen to inculcate into the game of Football since its inception in 1967.

Built with the purpose to house and develop the countries next breed of talented footballers, the facility was built to specifically emulate Football setups across Europe, with an end goal that it’s development would mean, the club would be able to fast track their vision of becoming a hub for Youth Development across the Continent.

Often a destination for Senior Team Coaches and Teams that require world-class facilities during their Pre-Season training, the Ella Academy is located in the picturesque village of Old Goa, less than a 30 minute drive from the capital.

Used by both the Academy Squad as well as the Senior Squad for their respective Practice sessions and Home matches, the training complex houses a fully functioning GYM, Physiotherapist Room, Rehabilitation Centre, Sand Pit, Hostel and Administration Block, Pavillion Block, Home and Away Dressing Rooms, as well as two state of the art grounds, Artificial and Grass.
