Dempo Sports Club is delighted to announce the signing of Uttam Rai. The Club and the Forward have agreed on a deal until the end of the current season.
A familiar face at the Eagles, this will be Uttam’s second stint with the Club, having played for them during the early part of his career, back in 2014. Having played for the likes of Mohan Bagan, Chennaiyin FC & Churchill Brothers, the former Under 19 National Team Striker will re-join the Eagles, as a much more finished product, having amassed experience in the Indian Super League, I-league, and National Team.
Speaking on his arrival at Dempo Sports Club, Uttam Rai said, “I’m very happy and excited to be joining Dempo SC. It’s a club that has a lot of history and is one of the most professional clubs in India. I’m ready to give my best for the club and will try my level best to make them champions of Goa”
The Forward has opted to wear the number 24.
